As you know, we are always trying to improve our service, and something that we have seen noticed recently is about how we process orders on our website. So moving forward we have changed to a new process. The status of your order can be checked on our website under account, and then under orders.
1.Orders placed will receive a confirmation email. Our website will list your order as ‘Processing‘
2.If you have ordered custom colors that need to be printed,
your status will be changed to ‘‘Order Preparing‘.
3.Once your order has been packed up and is ready to be shipped,
we will change the status to ‘Pre-Shipping‘, during this time it will be collected by our re-shipper and has essentially been shipped, we are just waiting on the tracking number.
4.Finally, once we receive the Tracking Number, we will change the status to ‘Shipped‘ and update the tracking number. You will also receive an email with your tracking number.
